1. 曹铎耀课题组
(1)课题组负责人:曹铎耀,海南医科大学衰老与肿瘤国际研究中心副研究员,曾任美国西达赛奈医疗中心助理研究员(Tenure -Track),并担任科研项目负责人(PI)。长期致力于免疫系统在慢性炎症与衰老过程中的功能调控、分子机制及靶向干预策略研究。在《Science Translational Medicine》(封面论文)、《Cardiovascular Research》、《Cellular & Molecular Biology Letters》、《Cell Investigation》、《Journal of Hepatology》、《Cellular & Molecular Immunology》、《Circulation Research》、《Nature Reviews Nephrology》等国际权威期刊发表论文50余篇,H-index为19。其在高血压研究中首次揭示了降压药损伤人体免疫细胞抗菌功能的分子机制,该成果作为《Science Translational Medicine》封面故事发表,并被AAAS专题及多家国际知名媒体报道,获美国病理学会杰出成就奖。为美国心脏协会(AHA)Career Development Award获得者共计23.1万美金,多次受邀参与AHA课题评审委员会,并参与多个美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)资助项目。担任《Hypertension》、《Genome Medicine》等期刊审稿人,《Cell Investigation》编委,以及《Frontiers in Immunology》《Frontiers in Physiology》特邀专栏主编。

固有免疫细胞功能与调控、衰老分子机制、脂质代谢与慢性炎症。
(3)主要研究内容:1)免疫代谢对衰老过程的作用机制;2)单核细胞/巨噬细胞衰老在慢性炎症与肿瘤中的功能调控;3) 调控固有免疫细胞脂质代谢以逆转免疫衰老的作用机制与治疗策略。
