    Notice on the Summer Vocation of 2013

    ●Duration of the summer vocation:July 10, 2013—August 28, 2013

    ●Date for registration: August 28, 2013 (from 9:00 am to 12:00 am; from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm)

    In the Student Affairs Office

    ●Date for class beginning: Sept. 2, 2013

    Every student should register with student ID card and pay all fees on schedule.Those who fail to register within two weeks after the confirmed date without having asked for a leave will have to withdraw school voluntarily.

    • As the summer vocation is around the corner, we hope sincerely everyone will have a happy and relaxed holiday at first, with the precondition of well-arrangement of your life and striking a balance between study and amusement. Besides those, students decided to remain at university are required to do the followings:

    • Report to the on-duty teacher before getting out ofHaikoucity and report when returning.

    • Write an application with time to the on-duty teacher if getting out ofHainanIsland.

    • Fighting, indulgence in excessive drinking, gambling or to commit other illegal actions are forbidden. Going to the beach for swimming is also especially forbidden because of the dangerous waves in the sea.

    • When you return toHaikoufrom abroad or other cities inChina, you must register in Chengxi Police Station within 24 hours.Otherwise you will get the warning for the first time, you will be punished for 500 yuan per day for the second time, and you will be sent to the police station for the third time.

    • Students should live on campus for the first year. Those who want to live off the campus after the first year should get the parents’ permission and through necessary procedures, providing the contract, the room owner’s information and registering the new address in the police station.

    • Student should submit the off-campus accommodation application within one week after the new schooling year start.

    • The responsibility for all consequences caused by violating those mentioned above will be taken by students themselves.
