为庆祝第115个国际护士节，深入贯彻落实立德树人根本任务，强化护理专业学生职业生涯规划意识，引导青年学子坚定职业信仰、明晰发展路径、勇担时代使命，2026年5月7日晚，护理学院“传承·成长·启航”护理职业生涯规划专题讲座暨2026年国际护士节系列活动开幕式在立德厅隆重举行。
To celebrate the 115th International Nurses’ Day, implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, strengthen career-planning awareness among nursing students, guide young learners to consolidate professional faith, clarify development paths and shoulder missions of the times, the special lecture entitled “Inheritance · Growth · Voyage” and opening ceremony for the 2026 International Nurses’ Day series were grandly held in Lide Hall on the evening of May 7, 2026.
本次活动由第三联合党委副书记蔡小霞主持，第三联合党委书记张万科、护理学院院长郭洪花出席，护理学院全体辅导员、西英格兰学院学团干部及600余名护理专业学生参与，特别邀请三位护理领域前辈担任主讲嘉宾，分别是海南医科大学党委书记张彩虹、海口市妇幼保健院院长林白浪、海南医科大学第二附属医院门诊护士长戈旭伟。
Hosted by Cai Xiaoxia, Deputy Secretary of the Third United Party Committee, the event was attended by Zhang Wanke, Secretary of the Third United Party Committee, and Guo Honghua, Dean of the School of Nursing. All counsellors of the School of Nursing, student union cadres from UWEC and more than 600 nursing students participated. Three distinguished senior nursing experts were invited as keynote speakers: Zhang Caihong, Party Secretary of Hainan Medical University; Lin Bailang, President of Haikou Maternal and Child Health Hospital; and Ge Xuwei, Outpatient Head Nurse of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University.
活动在热烈的掌声中拉开帷幕。第三联合党委张万科书记首先致辞，代表第三联合党委向全体护理师生致以节日问候，并围绕“传承·成长·启航”主题，他对同学们提出三点期望，一要坚定职业信仰，从内心深处认同护理事业的价值；二要锤炼过硬本领，珍惜在校时光，打好专业基础；三要涵养人文情怀，做一个有温度的护理人。书记的致辞情真意切，鼓舞人心，为整场活动奠定了温暖而有力的基调。
The event opened with warm applause. Secretary Zhang Wanke delivered the opening address. On behalf of the Third United Party Committee, he extended festive greetings to all nursing faculty and students. Centring on the theme “Inheritance · Growth · Voyage”, he put forward three expectations for students: uphold firm professional belief and recognise the value of nursing from within; sharpen professional competence, cherish campus time and consolidate academic foundations; cultivate humanistic awareness and become compassionate nursing practitioners. His sincere and inspiring address set a warm, empowering tone for the whole activity.
随后，张彩虹书记以“初心·坚守·使命——护理人的职业成长之路”为题，分享了自己选择护理专业的初心与深耕行业的成长心路并现场与同学们进行了深入的交流。她回望求学岁月里的迷茫与坚守，以自身真实经历为序，深情寄语同学们，护理从不是“退而求其次的妥协”，而是“择一事终一生的志业”。她强调每个护理学子的未来都蕴藏着无限可能，而这份可能的底色，从来都是脚踏实地的当下；唯有锚定当下、笃行不怠，做好每一次专业练习、夯实每一寸知识根基、珍惜每一次实践历练，方能筑牢未来前行的基石，让职业成长之路行稳致远。她的讲述质朴真挚、意蕴深远，字里行间的坚守与期许，让在场同学们更明晰了“以今日之笃行，赴明日之山海”的成长真谛。
Subsequently, Secretary Zhang Caihong gave a speech titled “Original Aspiration · Persistence · Mission — The Career-growth Path of Nursing Practitioners”. She shared her original motivation for choosing nursing and her personal professional journey, and held in-depth exchanges with students on site. Recalling confusion and perseverance in her student years, she told from real-life experience that nursing is never “a second best compromise”, but “a lifelong calling”. She emphasised that boundless possibilities lie ahead for every nursing student, rooted in down to earth present-day efforts. Only by staying grounded, practising diligently, consolidating knowledge and valuing every practical experience can students lay solid groundwork for steady career advancement. Her sincere, thought provoking remarks helped students grasp the essence of striving today for promising tomorrows.
林白浪院长从行业管理视角，为同学们系统梳理了护理专业的多元发展路径。她指出，护理的舞台远不止于临床一线，还包括护理管理、护理教育、护理科研、健康产业、社区康养等众多方向。她用大量实际案例展示了不同赛道上护理人的精彩人生，鼓励同学们打破“护士只能打针输液”的刻板印象，根据自身兴趣和特长，规划属于自己的职业蓝图。她强调持续学习和终身成长是应对一切变化的关键。
From an industry management perspective, President Lin Bailang systematically outlined the diverse career pathways for nursing majors. She pointed out that nursing extends far beyond front-line clinical work, covering numerous fields such as nursing administration, nursing education, nursing research, the health industry, and community health and elderly care. Drawing on abundant real-world cases to illustrate fulfilling careers for nursing professionals across different tracks, she encouraged students to break the stereotype that “nurses only give injections and intravenous infusions”, and design their own career blueprints based on personal interests and strengths. She stressed that continuous learning and lifelong growth hold the key to navigating all sorts of changes.
最后，戈旭伟护士长作为学长结合自身经历，从两个方面分享了他的感悟，大学期间，他刻苦钻研专业、锤炼操作技能，兼顾学生工作与科研实践，为职业发展筑牢根基，并勉励同学们珍惜大学黄金期，今日的每一份努力都是未来的底气；工作后，正是校园积淀的严谨态度与扎实技能，让他从容应对临床挑战。其分享真实接地气，引发现场强烈共鸣。
Lastly, Head Nurse Ge Xuwei, speaking as an alumnus, shared his insights from two dimensions based on his personal experience. During college, he delved deep into academic studies, polished practical skills, and balanced student-affair duties with research practice to lay a solid foundation for his career development. He urged students to treasure their prime university years, for every effort made today builds confidence for the future. After entering the workforce, the rigorous mindset and solid professional competence he acquired on campus enabled him to tackle clinical challenges with composure. His authentic, down-to-earth sharing struck a strong chord with the audience.
活动最后，蔡小霞书记作总结发言。她首先向三位护理前辈的倾情分享表示诚挚感谢，感谢他们以自身深耕护理领域的经历，为同学们拨开职业迷茫、点亮成长灯塔。随后，她向全体同学寄予殷切期望，鼓励大家以此次职业生涯规划讲座为新的起点，始终坚守护理初心、践行南丁格尔精神，以扎实专业为根基，以坚定志向为风帆，不负韶华、笃行致远。她强调，护理职业的赛道广阔无垠，无论同学们未来选择深耕临床一线、投身护理科研创新，还是扎根基层服务社会、走向国际传递护理温度，只要坚守初心不改、锤炼过硬本领，脚踏实地、奋勇争先，就一定能在各自选择的道路上乘风破浪、笃行不怠，抵达属于自己的成功彼岸，绽放护理人的青春光彩与职业价值。
At the closing of the event, Secretary Cai Xiaoxia delivered the concluding remarks. First of all, she extended sincere gratitude to the three senior nursing experts for their heartfelt sharing. Drawing on their profound experience in the nursing profession, they helped students dispel career confusion and lit the beacon for their growth. She then expressed earnest expectations for all students, encouraging them to take this career-planning lecture as a new starting point. Students should always stay true to their original aspiration for nursing, uphold the Nightingale spirit, take solid professional expertise as the foundation and firm ambition as the sail, seize the prime of youth and forge ahead steadily toward long-term goals. She emphasised that nursing offers boundless career prospects. Whether students choose to devote themselves to front line clinical practice, engage in innovative nursing research, serve the community at the grassroots level, or spread the compassion of nursing on the international stage, as long as they remain true to their mission, sharpen excellent professional capabilities, stay down-to-earth and strive for excellence, they will surely ride the winds and waves along their chosen paths, forge ahead persistently, reach their own shores of success, and radiate the youthful splendour and professional value of nursing practitioners.
