近日，中国康复医学会第十届康复教育学术大会暨第四届康复医学教育创新创业大赛全国总决赛在昆明圆满落幕。由我院与海南医科大学第二附属医院（第二临床医学院）联合选派我院优秀学生，组建参赛队伍与来自全国的84支优秀学生创新创业团队同台竞技，凭借其参赛项目 “移路康健——数字化认知与运动预康复改善肾移植患者的有效性与机制研究” ，经过激烈角逐，最终荣获全国总决赛第五名、大赛三等奖的佳绩，为学校赢得荣誉！

Recently, the 10th Rehabilitation Education Academic Conference & the 4th National Finals of Rehabilitation Medicine Education Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition hosted by the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine (CARM) successfully concluded in Kunming中国康复医.... Selected jointly by our college and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University (Second Clinical Medical College), our student team competed against 84 outstanding innovationentrepreneurship teams nationwide. With the project “Yi Lu Kangjian — Effectiveness and Mechanisms of Digital Cognitive and Physical Prehabilitation for Kidney Transplant Recipients”中国临床试..., the team fiercely contested and finally ranked 5th in the national finals, claiming the Third Prize and bringing honour to our university.

本届大赛是国内康复医学领域内高层次、高规格的创新创业赛事，吸引众多顶尖医学院校和医疗机构的优秀团队参与。我校参赛团队在比赛中展现出色的专业素养、创新思维与协作精神。

As a high-level, high-profile innovationentrepreneurship event within China’s rehabilitation-medicine sector, this competition drew elite teams from top medical universities and healthcare institutions across the country. Our team demonstrated remarkable professional competence, innovative thinking and teamwork spirit throughout the contest.

参赛代表队由马晓杰、陈云强老师担任指导老师，参赛队员包括我院2024级康复（中外合作办学）理学硕士生陈瑞、高婧玥，以及2024级康复治疗学（中外合作办学）本科生叶悠扬。在比赛现场，队员们凭借严谨的科研设计、清晰的商业模式阐述和流畅精彩的答辩，赢得了评委们的高度认可。

The team was mentored by Ma Xiaojie and Chen Yunqiang. Team members include Chen Rui and Gao Jingyue, Master of Science students in Rehabilitation (Sino-foreign Cooperative Programme), and Ye Youyang, undergraduate student in Rehabilitation Therapy (Sinoforeign Cooperative Programme), Class of 2024 from our college. At the event, the contestants won high recognition from judges with rigorous research design, clear elaboration of business models and fluent, impressive defence presentations.

本次获奖项目“移路康健” ，精准聚焦于肾移植患者术前存在的衰弱与认知功能障碍这一临床难点。项目充分依托海南省“数字疗法先行先试”的政策优势，致力于探索基于数字化平台的认知与运动预康复新模式。在海南医科大学第二附属医院肾移植科蒋鸿涛主任、康复治疗科马晓杰和陈云强老师的共同指导下，团队前期研究已证实了数字化居家康复在等待肾移植的终末期肾病患者中具有高接受度与良好依从性，相关成果已发表多篇学术论文。目前，团队正通过随机对照试验，进一步深入验证该模式在改善患者认知功能、身体机能及移植预后方面的有效性及其作用机制，展现出显著的临床转化潜力与社会价值，有望为肾移植患者的全程康复管理提供一套可推广、可复制的数字化解决方案。

The award-winning project “Yi Lu Kangjian” targets the clinical challenge of pre-operative frailty and cognitive impairment among kidney-transplant candidates. Leveraging Hainan Province’s policy advantages for pilot digital therapeutics, the project explores an innovative digital-platform-based model combining cognitive and physical prehabilitation. Under the joint guidance of Director Jiang Hongtao (Department of Kidney Transplantation), Ma Xiaojie and Chen Yunqiang (Department of Rehabilitation Therapy) of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, preliminary studies have proven high acceptability and satisfactory adherence to digital home-based rehabilitation among end-stage renal-disease patients awaiting kidney transplantation, with multiple academic papers published. Currently, the team is conducting randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to further verify the model’s effectiveness and underlying mechanisms in improving patients’ cognitive function, physical performance and transplant prognosis中国临床试.... It shows prominent clinical-translation potential and social value, and is expected to deliver a scalable, replicable digital solution for full-course rehabilitation management of kidney-transplant patients.

This national-level honour is solid recognition of the outstanding innovation capacity and practical capabilities of teachers and students in our Sino-foreign cooperative programmes. It fully demonstrates remarkable outcomes achieved by the University of the West of England College (International Education College) in fostering international-minded, innovative rehabilitation-medicine talents, and highlights the great vitality of integrated “medicine-teaching-research” development. It reflects our college’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge theories, clinical practice and innovationentrepreneurship, and infuses fresh momentum and confidence into future talent cultivation and discipline development.

展望未来，西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）将与第二附属医院/第二临床医学院持续深化合作，加大对创新创业等赛事的支持力度，致力于在学生的专业技能培养、创新创业能力提升及教师教学竞赛等多个层面全面进取，力争再创佳绩，持续提升我校的国际化办学水平与核心竞争力。

Looking ahead, UWEC (International Education College) will deepen collaboration with the Second Affiliated Hospital / Second Clinical Medical College. We will scale up support for innovation-entrepreneurship contests, pursue all-round progress in student professional-skill training, innovation-entrepreneurship competence enhancement and faculty teaching competitions, strive for further achievements, and continuously elevate our university’s international education standard and core competitiveness.
