西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）坚持夯实完善“全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人”的三全育人工作格局，始终锚定“红+蓝+白”（具有家国情怀的自贸港建设需要的国际医学人才）的合作办学育人方向。在此背景下，我院搭建了大学生学生一对一咨询指导服务平台。自平台投入运行以来，已为五十多人/次学生提供个性化咨询服务，助力学生成长成才，显著提升了师生互动效率，赢得师生广泛好评。

The University of the West of England College (International Education College) keeps consolidating and improving the working framework of Three-full Education (whole-staff education, whole-process education and all-round education). It stays committed to the “Red+Blue+White” talent-training objective — cultivating international medical talents with patriotism for the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Against this backdrop, our college has built the One-on-One Counselling & Guidance Service Platform for university students. Since its launch, the platform has delivered personalised counselling services for over 50 student visits. It facilitates students’ all-round development, greatly improves teacher-student interaction efficiency, and has won wide recognition among faculty and students.
