万江花，中共党员，副教授，硕士，海南省高层次人才，现任第三联合党委教工党支部书记，海南医科大学西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）副院长。研究方向乳腺影像诊断学、医学影像学教育教学与管理。
教学科研工作：主持国家级、省级及校级教育教学改革课题10余项，发表教学论文10余篇；主导《医学影像诊断学》课程改革获省级精品在线开放课程、省级线上线下混合式一流课程；参加各类教学比赛获得第三届全国混合式教学设计大赛二等奖、智慧树杯课程思政大赛二等奖；省级教学创新大赛二等奖、校级各类教学比赛一等奖8项；参编国家级教材3本。发表科研SCI及核心期刊论文10余篇，发明国家级及省级专利2项，主持并参与省级及以上科研项目8项。
Wan Jianghua, a member of the Communist Party of China, Associate Professor, holder of a master's degree, and a high-level talent of Hainan Province, currently serves as Secretary of the Faculty Party Branch of the Third Joint Party Committee and Vice Dean of the UWE College of Hainan Medical University (School of International Education). Her research interests include breast imaging diagnostics, and medical imaging education, teaching, and management.
Teaching and research: She has led more than ten national-, provincial-, and university-level teaching reform projects and has published more than ten teaching papers. She led the reform of the "Medical Imaging Diagnostics" course, which was recognized as a provincial-level quality online open course and a provincial-level first-class online-offline blended course. She has won a Second Prize in the Third National Blended Teaching Design Competition, a Second Prize in the "Smart Tree Cup" Course Ideological and Political Education Competition, a Second Prize in the Provincial Teaching Innovation Competition, and eight First Prizes in university-level teaching competitions. She has co-edited three national-level textbooks. She has published more than ten SCI and core journal research papers, obtained two national- and provincial-level patents, and led and participated in eight provincial-level and above research projects.
