为进一步规范来华留学生临床实习管理工作，明确实习教学标准、严明实习工作纪律、压实安全管理责任，切实保障2021级临床医学本科来华留学生临床实习工作规范、有序、安全开展，海南医科大学西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）于2026年5月22日在崇真楼803室召开2021级临床医学本科留学生实习动员教育大会。

To further standardize the management of international students' clinical internships in China, clarify internship teaching standards, enforce internship discipline, and consolidate safety management responsibilities, effectively ensuring the standardized, orderly, and safe conduct of clinical internships for 2021 undergraduate Clinical Medicine international students, Hainan Medical University UWE College (School of International Education) held the 2021 Clinical Medicine undergraduate international students internship mobilization education conference on May 22, 2026, in Room 803 of Chongzhen Building.

学院雷海新院长、徐芳芳副书记、万江花副院长出席会议，学院教师教学服务中心张慧老师、学生支持中心杜雨擎老师、实习生辅导员符琳、于佳岐老师，2021级全体临床医学来华留学生、2022级临床医学国际班部分中国学生参会。本次会议还邀请2020级优秀留学生代表帅王同学分享实习经验。大会结束后，辅导员符琳老师组织召开爱校荣校教育主题班会，全方位落实实习岗前教育各项工作。

Dean Lei Haixin, Deputy Secretary Xu Fangfang, and Vice Dean Wan Jianghua of the college attended the meeting. Teacher Zhang Hui from the College Teacher Teaching Support Center, Teacher Du Yuqing from the Student Support Center, intern counselors Fu Lin and Yu Jiaqi, all 2021 Clinical Medicine international students in China, and some Chinese students from the 2022 Clinical Medicine international class participated. 会议伊始，主持人详细介绍了大会举办主旨、完整议程、参会领导及嘉宾等，阐明了临床实习在医学人才培养中的核心价值，明确本次大会以统一实习标准、细化管理要求、夯实学生实习基础为核心目标。

At the beginning of the meeting, the host introduced in detail the purpose of the conference, the complete agenda, attending leaders and guests, etc., clarified the core value of clinical internship in medical talent training, and clarified that the core goal of this conference was to unify internship standards, refine management requirements, and consolidate students' internship foundation.

会上，党委副书记徐芳芳开展实习纪律与职业素养专项教育。她结合学院留学生管理规定与临床实习工作要求，重点开展医德医风思想教育，引导留学生树立严谨敬业、敬畏生命的行医理念。同时，系统解读实习考勤管理制度，明确迟到、早退、无故缺勤、擅自离岗等违规行为的处置标准，详细说明实习违纪、退出实习、重修实习等相关管理规定。针对留学生校外实习特点，她重点强调校外住宿、出行、人身财产等全方位安全要求，督促学生自觉遵守国家法律法规、医院规章制度及学院管理要求。此外，会议明确了临床职业礼仪与行医行为红线，要求学生尊重医护人员、善待患者、规范言行，严守职业底线，自觉维护学院和实习医院的良好形象。

At the meeting, Deputy Secretary Xu Fangfang carried out special education on internship discipline and professional quality. Combining the college's international student management regulations and clinical internship work requirements, she focused on medical ethics education, guiding international students to establish a rigorous, dedicated, and life-respecting medical practice philosophy. At the same time, she systematically explained the internship attendance management system, clarified the handling standards for violations such as being late, leaving early, absenteeism without reason, and leaving posts without authorization, and detailed relevant management regulations for internship violations, withdrawal from internship, and retaking internship. In view of the characteristics of international students' off-campus internships, she emphasized comprehensive safety requirements for off-campus accommodation, travel, personal and property safety, urging students to consciously abide by national laws and regulations, hospital rules and regulations, and college management requirements. In addition, the meeting clarified clinical professional etiquette and red lines for medical behavior, requiring students to respect medical staff, treat patients well, standardize words and deeds, strictly abide by professional bottom lines, and consciously maintain the good image of the college and internship hospitals.

副院长万江花围绕临床教学实习工作开展专项部署与专业指导。她结合临床医学专业人才培养方案，从教学层面明确本次临床实习的核心教学目标、阶段性学习任务及学业考核标准。针对来华留学生跨文化学习、中外诊疗体系差异等特点，重点讲解临床实操训练、病例分析、临床技能学习、课程衔接等核心学习内容，明确各阶段实习学习重点。同时，她详细解读实习学分评定、实习报告提交、教学考核评价等教学管理规定，细致介绍医院轮岗制度、考勤管理、医疗安全、患者隐私保密、请假审批流程等通用管理制度，现场解答学生关于实习学习、日常管理的共性问题，为留学生高效开展临床实习提供专业指导。

Vice Dean Wan Jianghua carried out special deployment and professional guidance on clinical teaching internship work. Combining the Clinical Medicine professional talent training program, she clarified from the teaching level the core teaching objectives, phased learning tasks, and academic assessment standards of this clinical internship. In view of the characteristics of international students' cross-cultural learning and differences between Chinese and foreign diagnosis and treatment systems, she focused on explaining core learning content such as clinical practical training, case analysis, clinical skills learning, and curriculum connection, and clarified the key points of internship learning at each stage. At the same time, she detailed teaching management regulations such as internship credit evaluation, internship report submission, and teaching assessment evaluation, carefully introduced general management systems such as hospital rotation system, attendance management, medical safety, patient privacy confidentiality, and leave approval process, and answered common questions from students about internship learning and daily management on site, providing professional guidance for international students to efficiently carry out clinical internships.

本次大会设置优秀实习生经验分享环节，由20级优秀留学生代表帅王同学分享在华临床实习经验。结合自身完整的科室轮转经历，他针对性分享中外临床诊疗思维差异、中文医患沟通技巧、各科室学习侧重点、实习风险防控方法，以及如何平衡实习工作与学业进度等实用内容。分享内容贴合留学生实习实际，案例翔实、指导性强，有效化解了21级留学生对临床实习的陌生感与困惑，为同学们快速适应本土临床工作、提升实习效率提供了宝贵参考。

This conference set up an excellent intern experience sharing session, where outstanding international student representative Shuai Wang from the 2020 class shared his clinical internship experience in China. Based on his complete department rotation experience, he shared practical content such as differences in Chinese and foreign clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking, Chinese doctor-patient communication skills, learning focuses of various departments, internship risk prevention and control methods, and how to balance internship work and academic progress. The sharing content was close to the actual internship situation of international students, with detailed cases and strong guidance, effectively resolving the unfamiliarity and confusion of 2021 international students about clinical internships, and providing valuable references for students to quickly adapt to local clinical work and improve internship efficiency.

会议最后，雷海新院长作总结讲话并开展实习动员。他系统梳理本次大会的核心内容，重申临床教学要求、医院管理制度、实习纪律规范三大核心重点。同时，他对全体实习学生提出殷切期望，希望全体来华留学生珍惜学院提供的优质临床实习资源，端正实习态度、严守规章制度、虚心求学、踏踏实实操练，认真完成各科室轮转学习任务，切实提升临床诊疗能力与综合职业素养。

At the end of the meeting, Dean Lei Haixin delivered a summary speech and carried out internship mobilization. He systematically reviewed the core content of this conference, reiterating the three core focuses of clinical teaching requirements, hospital management systems, and internship discipline norms. At the same time, he put forward ardent expectations for all internship students, hoping that all international students in China would cherish the high-quality clinical internship resources provided by the college, correct their internship attitudes, strictly abide by rules and regulations, study with humility, practice solidly, conscientiously complete the rotation learning tasks in various departments, and effectively improve clinical diagnosis and treatment capabilities and comprehensive professional quality.

大会结束后，辅导员符琳老师组织召开爱校荣校教育主题班会。班会详细介绍了海南医科大学临床医学专业办学特色、国际化留学生培养体系及育人成果，引导留学生深入了解学院办学底蕴与教学资源，增强集体归属感与认同感。班会重点强调来华留学生的特殊涉外身份，指出学生在外实习的一言一行不仅代表个人素养，更关乎学院国际化办学形象与对外声誉，要求全体学生常怀爱校之心、笃行荣校之举，以严谨务实的实习作风、优良的学子风貌展现学院来华留学生的良好形象，主动发挥中外医学文化交流纽带作用。

After the conference, counselor Fu Lin organized a theme class meeting on love-school education. The class meeting introduced in detail the educational characteristics of the Clinical Medicine major of Hainan Medical University, the international student training system, and the achievements in education, guiding international students to deeply understand the college's educational heritage and teaching resources, and enhancing collective belonging and identity. The class meeting emphasized the special foreign-related identity of international students in China, pointing out that students' words and deeds during external internships not only represent personal quality but also relate to the college's international education image and external reputation. It required all students to always have a heart for loving the school and practicing actions that honor the school, to demonstrate the good image of international students in the college with a rigorous and pragmatic internship style and excellent student demeanor, and to actively play a bridging role in Chinese and foreign medical and cultural exchanges.

班会同步设置互动答疑环节，聚焦学生临床适应、技能提升、考核标准、职业规划等个性化问题逐一答疑解惑，并鼓励班级学生互帮互助、团结协作，携手应对实习挑战、共同完成实习任务。同时，班会再次复盘本次实习动员大会核心重点，重申实习纪律、安全规范与学习要求，进一步压实学生实习责任。

The class meeting also set up an interactive Q&A session, focusing on personalized issues such as students' clinical adaptation, skill improvement, assessment standards, and career planning, answering questions one by one, and encouraging class students to help each other, unite and cooperate, jointly meet internship challenges, and complete internship tasks together. At the same time, the class meeting reviewed the core points of this internship mobilization conference again, reiterated internship discipline, safety norms, and learning requirements, and further consolidated students' internship responsibilities.

本次系列会议部署全面、重点明确，覆盖实习管理、专业教育、纪律安全与思政教育等方面，有效帮助2021级临床医学来华留学生明确实习任务、厘清学习目标、规范行为标准，解决了学生实习前期的认知困惑，为学院常态化开展留学生实习管理与培养工作奠定基础。

This series of conferences was comprehensively deployed with clear focuses, covering internship management, professional education, discipline and safety, and ideological and political education, effectively helping 2021 Clinical Medicine international students in China clarify internship tasks, clarify learning objectives, standardize behavioral standards, solve cognitive confusion in the early stage of internship, and lay the foundation for the college's normalized internship management and training work for international students.

通过本次岗前教育，全体留学生进一步明确了实习要求与个人责任。学生们表示，将严格遵守学校及实习医院各项规章制度，合理利用临床实习资源，主动适应国内诊疗模式，扎实提升临床专业能力与综合素养，认真完成本次临床实习任务，积极参与中外医学交流学习。

Through this pre-job education, all international students further clarified internship requirements and personal responsibilities. Students stated that they would strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school and internship hospitals, rationally use clinical internship resources, actively adapt to domestic diagnosis and treatment models, solidly improve clinical professional ability and comprehensive quality, conscientiously complete this clinical internship task, and actively participate in Chinese and foreign medical exchange learning.
