琚新梅，研究领域：外科(急危重症、康复、传染病)护理，护理教育。硕士研究生导师，海南省高层次人才，教授职称，护理学(中外合作办学)本科、国际护理实践硕士专业负责人。15年临床工作经验，3年国外工作经历，15年高校教学经历，美国内布拉斯加医学中心、英国西英格兰大学访问学者。英语熟练。近5年在SCI、北大中文核心等期刊发表学术论文30余篇。主持省部级及以上科研课题7项，省级教改课题多项。指导研究生，本科生获得大学生省级项目多项。主编教材7部，参编多本。省级一流课程第二完成人。2025年海南医科大学，教学成果奖一等奖，第一完成人。现任海南医科大学教学指导委员会委员;全国护理学名词审定委员会委员;海南省首批基层卫生健康专家。
系统承担过Workplace Health and Wellbeing-INPXY13、护理学导论、护理学基础专硕、本科的普班和涉外版的教学以及《内科护理》、《外科护理》全英教学工作。

- In the past five years, has published over 30 academic papers in SCI-indexed journals, Peking University Chinese core journals, and other periodicals.
- Has led 7 provincial/ministerial-level and above research projects and multiple provincial-level educational reform projects.
- Supervised graduate and undergraduate students in receiving multiple provincial-level student research grants.
- Chief editor of 7 textbooks, and contributing editor to several others.
- Second completer of a provincial first-class course.
- Recipient of the First Prize for Teaching Achievement Award at Hainan Medical University in 2025 (first completer).
- Currently serves as a member of the Teaching Guidance Committee of Hainan Medical University; a member of the National Nursing Terminology Standardization Committee; and one of the first batch of primary-level health experts in Hainan Province.
- Has taught Workplace Health and Wellbeing, Introduction to Nursing, and Fundamental Nursing for both postgraduate and undergraduate students (regular and international-track classes), as well as delivering full-English instruction for Medical-Surgical Nursing.
