陈云强，华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院康复医学与理疗学博士，副教授、主管肌骨治疗师、硕士研究生导师，海南自贸港高层次人才，现任海南医科大学第二附属医院康复治疗学（中外合作办学）教研室副主任（主持工作）、康复治疗科肌肉骨骼疾病治疗组组长，主要研究方向为再生康复医学、肌骨疾病康复、脑缺血性疾病康复领域的临床与基础研究。
现兼任中德医学协会康复医学专业委员会委员、中国康复医学会学会会员管理专业委员会委员、海南省医学会物理医学与康复学分会青年委员会副主任委员、海南省医院协会康复医学管理专业委员会常务委员、海南省残疾人康复协会神经康复专业委员会副主任委员。
曾获“外研社杯”全国英语演讲比赛全国一等奖、中国大学生自强之星提名奖、海南省科技进步三等奖、海南医科大学第四届全英教学大赛一等奖、中国康复医学会第六届全国康复相关专业青年教师课堂教学比赛决赛一等奖等荣誉。
主持海南省重点研发项目、神舟载人飞行任务航天医学实验领域细胞学项目、海南省高等学校教育教学改革（重点）项目等课题。
Chen Yunqiang, who obtained his Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Medicine and Physiotherapy from Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, serves as an associate professor, chief musculoskeletal therapist, master supervisor, and is also a high-level talent of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
Currently, he serves as Deputy Director (in charge) of the Department of Rehabilitation Therapy (Sino-foreign cooperative program) at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, and also as Head of the Musculoskeletal Disease Treatment Group in the Department of Rehabilitation Therapy. His main research interests cover clinical and basic research in regenerative rehabilitation medicine, as well as rehabilitation for musculoskeletal disorders and cerebral ischemic diseases.
He also holds part-time positions including member of the Rehabilitation Medicine Committee of the Sino-German Medical Association, member of the Membership Management Committee of the China Rehabilitation Medical Association, Deputy Director of the Youth Committee of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Branch of Hainan Medical Association, Standing Committee Member of the Rehabilitation Medicine Management Committee of Hainan Hospital Association, and Deputy Director of the Neurorehabilitation Committee of Hainan Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Association.
He has received multiple honors and awards, including the National First Prize of the "FLTRP Cup" National English Speech Competition, the Nomination Award of Chinese College Students' Self-Strengthening Star, the Third Prize of Hainan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Fourth All-English Teaching Competition of Hainan Medical University, and the First Prize of the national final of the Sixth National Classroom Teaching Competition for Young Teachers of Rehabilitation-related Majors hosted by the China Rehabilitation Medicine Association.
He has presided over Hainan Provincial Key Research and Development Projects, the cytology project in the space medicine experiment sector for Shenzhou manned spaceflight missions, as well as the Key Higher Education Teaching Reform Project of Hainan Province.
