陈峰，海南省人民医院党委委员、副院长，医学影像中心主任、海南医科大学医学影像学系主任，中华医学会放射学会常务委员、神经学组副组长，海南省医学会放射学专业委员会主任委员兼神经学组组长、海南省放射诊断质控中心主任等。
近年来一直从事功能磁共振研究，主持国家自然科学基金 5 项、海南省重大科技计划项目子项目、海南省重点研发计划、海南省自然科学基金、海南省社会发展基金等多项科研项目。研究成果发表论文 100 余篇，其中第一或通讯作者（含共同）发表 SCI 论文 60 余篇。主编/译专著 8 部，副主编/译专著 5 部。获省科技进步奖一等奖 4 项，二等奖 3 项，海南省医学科学技术奖一等奖 1 项、二等奖 1 项。
先后荣获海南省高层次人才认定为“领军人才” ，海南省有突出贡献的优秀专家，海南省“南海名家”，享受政府特殊津贴专家，海南省“五一劳动奖章”，全国“五一劳动奖章”，中宣部、国家卫健委授予最美医生荣誉称号，中共中央、国务院授予全国先进工作者荣誉称号。
Prof. Feng Chen, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hainan General Hospital, Director of the Medical Imaging Center, Director of the Department of Medical Imaging at Hainan Medical University, Standing Member of the Radiological Society of the Chinese Medical Association and Deputy Leader of the Neurology Group, Chairman of the Radiology Committee of the Hainan Medical Association and Leader of the Neurology Group, and Director of the Hainan Provincial Radiological Diagnosis Quality Control Center, among other roles.
In recent years, she has been engaged in research on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). She has led five projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as sub-projects of Hainan Provincial Major Science and Technology Programs, Hainan Provincial Key Research and Development Projects, Hainan Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and Hainan Provincial Social Development Fund, among numerous other research initiatives. Her research findings have been published in over 100 papers, including more than 60 SCI-indexed papers as first author or corresponding author (including co-authorship). She has authored/translated 8 monographs as lead editor/translator and 5 as associate editor/translator. She has received 4 First-Class and 3 Second-Class Hainan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, as well as 1 First-Class and 1 Second-Class Hainan Provincial Medical Science and Technology Awards.
She has been recognized as a "Leading Talent" under Hainan Province's High-Level Talent designation, an Outstanding Expert with Notable Contributions in Hainan Province, a "South China Sea Distinguished Scholar" of Hainan Province, an expert entitled to the Special Government Allowance, a recipient of the Hainan Provincial "May Day Labor Medal" and the National "May Day Labor Medal," and has been honored with the "Most Beautiful Doctor" title jointly conferred by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and the National Health Commission, as well as the "National Advanced Worker" title conferred by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.
