为搭建中外合作办学护理专业学生学校学习-临床实操桥梁，深化校院联合育人成效，由海南医科大学护理学院、西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）联合举办的2026年中外合作办学护理本科生技能大赛顺利举办。赛事围绕临床常见病例和常用护理操作开展，同步设置团队综合竞技赛道，全院中外合作办学护理学子踊跃参赛、同台竞技，充分展现了新时代护理专业学子扎实的专业素养与人文护理风采。
To build a bridge between classroom learning and clinical practice for nursing students in the Sino-foreign cooperative programme and advance joint university-school education outcomes, the 2026 Sino-Foreign Cooperative Nursing Undergraduate Skills Competition, co-hosted by the School of Nursing and the UWEC (SIE) of Hainan Medical University, was successfully held. Centred on common clinical cases and routine nursing procedures, the competition also included an integrated team contest track. Nursing students of the Sino foreign cooperative programme took an active part and competed on the same stage, fully demonstrating solid professional competence and humanistic care of nursing students in the new era.
赛前准备Pre-competition Preparation
本次大赛兼顾团队协作能力与单人实操水平，分设团体奖项、个人单项奖项两大类别，经过病例分析、现场操作、学校和医院联合评委组综合打分等环节，各项获奖名单尘埃落定，学校特邀多位学院领导、专业骨干教师出席颁奖仪式，为获奖学子现场授奖表彰。
Balancing teamwork and individual practical proficiency, the competition set two major award categories: team awards and individual event awards. After case analysis, on site practical operations and comprehensive scoring by a joint jury of university and hospital experts, the list of winners was finalised. University leaders and core faculty members were invited to the award ceremony to confer honours on winning students.

第三联合党委书记张万科为获得一等奖的王晓雅、纪然小组颁奖；西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）副院长万江花、护理学院琚新梅教授、曾冬阳教授分别为获得二、三等奖的团队颁奖。护理学院院长郭洪花、西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）院长雷海新、护理学院副院长樊惠颖分别为纪然、王晓雅等荣获个人一二三等奖的同学颁奖。
Zhang Wanke, Secretary of the Third United Party Committee, presented awards to the first-prize team of Wang Xiaoya and Ji Ran. Wan Jianghua, Vice-Dean of UWEC (SIE), Professor Ju Xinmei and Professor Zeng Dongyang from the School of Nursing awarded prizes to second-prize and third-prize teams respectively. Guo Honghua, Dean of the School of Nursing, Lei Haixin, Dean of UWEC (SIE), and Fan Huiying, Vice-Dean of the School of Nursing, presented individual first, second and third prize awards to students including Ji Ran and Wang Xiaoya.

颁奖现场，各位颁奖嘉宾对全体获奖同学予以高度肯定。郭洪花院长在颁奖典礼上致辞表示，中外合作办学护理专业兼具国际化视野与本土化临床培育特色，护理操作是医者行医的基础根基，希望同学们以本次技能大赛为新起点，持续打磨实操细节，融合国内外先进护理理念，把严谨规范、温情关怀融入每一项护理操作，成长为适配国际医疗行业需求的高素质护理人才。
Presenters spoke highly of all award-winning students. In her address, Dean Guo Honghua noted that the Sino-foreign cooperative nursing programme features both international vision and local clinical training. Nursing skills lay the foundation for medical practice. She encouraged students to take this competition as a new starting point, polish practical skills, integrate advanced nursing concepts from home and abroad, embed rigour, standardisation and compassionate care into every nursing intervention, and grow into high-calibre nursing talents meeting demands of the global healthcare sector.
在专家点评环节，专业负责人琚新梅教授逐一点评各参赛选手的赛场表现，在肯定大家的规范实操功底与人文护理意识的同时，也指出部分选手操作细节、应急处置的待提升之处，勉励学子以赛促学、精进专业能力。
During expert comments, Programme Lead Professor Ju Xinmei reviewed each contestant’s performance. While recognising their standardised practical skills and awareness of humanistic nursing, she pointed out room for improvement in operational details and emergency response, urging students to promote learning through competition and enhance professional capabilities.
学子们纷纷表示，本次赛事既是一次专业能力的全面检验，也是一次查漏补缺的学习契机。在备赛与竞技过程中，大家互相切磋操作技巧、交流临床处置思路，赛后反思比赛过程，更加深刻地体会到了团队协作、专业水平、健康教育、沟通及人文关怀在护理工作中的重要意义。
Students shared that the competition served as both an all round assessment of professional ability and a valuable chance for self-improvement. While preparing for and participating in contests, they exchanged practical know-how and clinical problem-solving ideas. Post-competition reflection deepened their understanding of the vital roles of teamwork, professional expertise, health education, communication and humanistic care in nursing practice.
此次海南医科大学中外合作办学护理本科生技能大赛，是护理学院与西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）协同育人的重要实践载体。下一步，两院将持续常态化开展护理技能竞赛、实训沙龙、中英联合实训课程等系列活动，持续强化中外合作办学护理专业实践教学体系，推动理论学习与临床实操深度融合，为培养兼具国际竞争力与临床胜任力的优秀护理后备力量筑牢育人根基。
This skills competition constitutes a key practical platform for collaborative education between the School of Nursing and UWEC (International Education College). Moving forward, the two schools will regularly host nursing skills contests, training salons, Sino-British joint practical courses and other activities. They will further strengthen the practical teaching system for the cooperative nursing programme, boost in-depth integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice, and consolidate the educational foundation for cultivating promising nursing talents with international competitiveness and clinical competency.
