1.统筹学校外事活动,策划实施校级出访活动。
2.做好外事管理工作,归口管理国际学术会议的审核报批及各类来华外国专家的报批等事务,优化服务,细化流程,严格管理。
3.教职工因公临时出国申报审批,因公护照、签证的办理。
4.归口负责与上级外事部门及国外有关机构的联系工作。
5.统筹校级涉外联络与合作工作。
6.优化行政服务流程的数智化工作。
7.完成主任和副主任交办的其他工作任务。
1.Coordinate the university’s foreign affairs activities, and plan and implement university-level outbound visits.
2.Conduct foreign affairs management,including centralized review,approval and reporting of international academic conferences,as well as the application and approval procedures for foreign experts coming to China. Optimize services,refine procedures and enforce strict management.
3.Handle application and approval for faculty and staff on temporary official trips abroad,as well as the processing of official passports and visas.
4.Take charge of liaison with higher-level foreign affairs authorities and relevant overseas institutions.
5.Coordinate university-level foreign liaison and cooperation.
6.Promote the digital and intelligent transformation of administrative service procedures.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by the director and deputy director.
