张万科，男，汉族，中共党员，应用化学硕士，化学高级实验师，国家二级心理咨询师，兼任海南省社会心理学会副会长。海南自由贸易港E类人才，海南省“优秀共青团干部”“优秀指导教师”。
现任海南医科大学第三联合党委（护理与西英联合党委）委员、书记。长期从事大学生思想政治及心理健康教育工作。共发表论文12篇，含SCI、ISTP收录文章各1篇。主持国家发明专利、海南省自然科学基金项目各1项，指导大学生国家创新创业项目5项。历任药学院党支部书记、药学院团委书记、第一临床学院党委副书记、国际教育学院党委书记等职务。
Zhang Wanke, male, of Han ethnicity and a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master's degree in applied chemistry and is a Senior Experimentalist in Chemistry and a National Level-II Psychological Counselor. He also serves as Vice President of the Hainan Provincial Society of Social Psychology. He is a Category E talent of the Hainan Free Trade Port and has been honored as an "Outstanding League Cadre" and "Outstanding Instructor" of Hainan Province.
He currently serves as Member and Secretary of the Third Joint Party Committee of Hainan Medical University (Joint Party Committee of the School of Nursing and the UWE College). He has long been engaged in ideological and political education as well as mental health education for university students. He has published 12 papers, including one indexed by SCI and one by ISTP. He has led one national invention patent and one Hainan Provincial Natural Science Foundation project, and has supervised five national college student innovation and entrepreneurship projects. He has previously served as Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Pharmacy, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Pharmacy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the First Clinical College, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of International Education.
