徐芳芳，女，汉族，中共党员，医学学士，公共管理硕士，人力资源管理师（高级），职业指导师，从事思想政治教育、教育管理、公共卫生管理的相关研究。
现任海南医科大学第三联合党委（护理与西英联合党委）委员、副书记、纪委书记，曾从事大学生思想政治教育、教学管理和学生管理等工作。共发表论文18篇，含中文核心论文2篇。主持海南省教育厅思政专项课题1项、教学改革课题1项，参编教材或专著3部，指导大学生创新创业项目4项，获国家级奖项1项、省级奖3项。
历任学生管理科科长、教务处副处长、西英格兰学院党委副书记等职务。
Xu Fangfang, female, of Han ethnicity and a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree in medicine and a master's degree in public administration, and is a Senior Human Resources Manager and a career counselor. She is engaged in research related to ideological and political education, educational administration, and public health management.
She currently serves as Member, Deputy Secretary, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Third Joint Party Committee of Hainan Medical University (Joint Party Committee of the School of Nursing and the UWE College). She has previously been engaged in ideological and political education, teaching management, and student management for university students. She has published 18 papers, including two in Chinese core journals. She has led one special ideological and political project and one teaching reform project of the Hainan Provincial Department of Education, co-edited three textbooks or monographs, supervised four college student innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and won one national award and three provincial awards.
She has previously served as Head of the Student Management Section, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the UWE College.
