栉风沐雨，春华秋实。9月25日，国际教育学院“学在海医，爱在国教”18级国际学生实习动员大会在崇民楼（第四教学楼）208教室召开，党委书记张万科、副院长颜时姣、教务科赵晶晶老师、带班辅导员虞凯惠老师以及实习教师周莹出席活动，18级全体国际学生参会。动员会由虞凯惠老师主持。
Time brings rewards for hard work. On September 25, the internship mobilization meeting for Grade‑2018 international students themed “Study at HNMU, Love at SIE” was held in Room 208, Chongmin Building (Teaching Building No.4). Zhang Wanke, Party Secretary, Yan Shijiao, Vice‑Dean, Zhao Jingjing from Academic Affairs Section, counselor Yu Kaihui and internship supervisor Zhou Ying attended the event. All Grade‑2018 international students were present. The meeting was hosted by Yu Kaihui.
赵晶晶老师针对实习重点指出三个问题。首先，要求全体实习生认真学习实习手册，明确纪律红线，遵守医院规章制度；其次，务必严肃认真高质量完成52周的实习任务。最后，她嘱托同学们：实习资源非常珍贵，希望大家珍惜机会，为做一名合格的“大医生”打下良好的基础。
Teacher Zhao Jingjing highlighted three key points concerning internship. First, all interns shall study the internship handbook carefully, observe disciplinary boundaries and abide by hospital rules and regulations. Second, they must earnestly complete the 52‑week internship with high standards. Lastly, she reminded students that internship opportunities are precious. She encouraged them to make good use of the chance and lay a solid foundation to become qualified physicians.
党委书记张万科对实习生做了全面动员。首先，他勉励学生们要学习钟南山院士的大医精神，学会珍惜、学会配合、学会适应。接着，在对实习过程中应该做些什么、怎么办的问题上，张书记重点提出了实习四项注意，即主动热情、集中精力、注意形象、行动敏捷。最后，他提出殷切希望，大家一起共同度过了“疫情”大关，对医者的责任有更多的思考，实习期间面对的都是真实的患者，希望同学们务必在注意自身安全的基础上注意医疗安全，艰苦奋斗，努力将自己磨练成一名“符合新时代发展需求的应用型国际化医学专业人才”。
Party Secretary Zhang Wanke delivered a comprehensive mobilization speech. First, he encouraged students to learn the noble medical spirit of Academician Zhong Nanshan, and learn to cherish, cooperate and adapt. Regarding internship practice, he put forward four requirements: be proactive and warm‑hearted, stay focused, maintain proper image and act efficiently. He expressed sincere expectations: having gone through the pandemic together, students have gained deeper reflections on medical responsibility. Faced with real patients during internship, they must guarantee both personal safety and medical safety. He urged them to strive hard and grow into “application‑oriented international medical talents meeting the demands of the new era”.
副院长颜时姣具体讲到实习工作如何开展，她分别从“have to—很重要”“how to—有技巧”以及“do better—有未来”三个方面为实习生指明方向：第一，实习是同学们将理论知识转化为实践经验的重要步骤，是不可或缺的，学院的所有老师都会为大家保驾护航，也请所有学生高度重视，做好积极准备；第二，如何在中国的医院更好地实习，学习医学知识，为患者服务呢？颜院长给出了答案——首先要端正实习态度，自律、自强，注意仪表仪态，认真向带教老师学习；其次，进科室前要认真复习课本上的内容，做好实习准备；同时，要与中国学生建立友好的合作互助关系，他们能协助解决与患者交流难的问题，一起讨论在临床工作中的实际问题；第三，实习合格，不被实习单位退回，您才具备了毕业的基本要求，这也是成为一名医生的基础条件，这样才能实现你们的初心：当一名“白求恩式”的无国界医生。
Vice‑Dean Yan Shijiao gave specific guidance on internship implementation from three dimensions: “have to — great importance”, “how to — skills” and “do better — future prospects”. First, internship is an indispensable process for transforming theoretical knowledge into practical experience. All faculty members will offer full support, and students shall attach great importance and get well‑prepared. Second, to perform well in Chinese hospitals, acquire medical knowledge and serve patients: students shall adopt a correct internship attitude, be self‑disciplined and self‑improved, pay attention to appearance and learn earnestly from preceptors. They should review textbook knowledge before entering departments. Besides, build friendly cooperative ties with Chinese peers, who can help resolve communication barriers with patients and discuss real‑world clinical problems together. Third, passing the internship without being sent back by the hospital is a basic graduation prerequisite as well as the foundation for being a doctor, which will help fulfill their original aspiration of becoming “Bethune‑style” doctors without borders.
最后，张万科书记做了简要总结，回答了实习生关心的问题。他要求所有实习生在认真学习的同时，注意自身安全、团结友爱、互帮互助，为实习生活画上圆满的句号。
In closing, Secretary Zhang Wanke made a brief summary and answered questions raised by interns. He required all interns to study diligently, keep personal safety in mind, maintain solidarity and mutual‑aid, so as to bring their internship to a successful close.
