近日，海南医学院国际教育学院、中医学院积极响应国家关于促进高校毕业生就业的号召，贯彻落实学校关于推进毕业生就业工作的相关指示和精神，组织了一场别开生面的访企拓岗活动。在国际教育学院党委书记张万科、中医学院党委副书记李军的联合带领下，一行6人前往琼海市人民医院和琼海市中医院，开展深入的校企合作交流，旨在进一步拓宽学生的就业渠道，提升就业质量。

Recently, the School of International Education and the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hainan Medical University have actively responded to the national call for promoting college graduates’ employment and implemented relevant instructions of the university on graduate employment. A distinctive employer‑visiting and job‑expanding activity was organized. Led by Zhang Wanke, Party Secretary of the School of International Education, and Li Jun, Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a six‑member group visited Qionghai People’s Hospital and Qionghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for in‑depth university‑enterprise exchanges, aiming to further expand students’ employment channels and improve employment quality.

在琼海市人民医院，一行人受到了医院领导及医护人员的热情接待。双方就医学人才培养、实习实训、毕业生就业等方面进行了深入探讨。医院方面表示，海南医学院国际教育学院培养的学生专业素质高、实践能力强，深受医院欢迎。同时，医院也希望能与学院建立更加紧密的合作关系，共同为培养更多优秀医学人才贡献力量。会后，张万科书记、带班辅导员符琳老师、学院学工办于佳岐老师，同医院医务科王主任以及在琼海市人民医院实习的留学生进行了座谈，张万科书记鼓励留学生在实习过程当中，认真学习，努力进取，展现海医学子的风范，同时学好一身过硬的本领，将中国先进的医学技术，带回自己的国家，帮助自己家乡的人民获得更为优质的医疗服务。张万科书记也积极帮助实习的留学生解决他们在学习、工作、生活中存在的问题和困扰。

At Qionghai People’s Hospital, the group was warmly received by hospital leaders and medical staff. Both sides held in‑depth discussions on medical talent training, internships and practical training, as well as graduate employment. The hospital commented that students cultivated by the School of International Education of Hainan Medical University enjoy high professional quality and strong practical capabilities, and are well‑received by the hospital. Meanwhile, the hospital hoped to build closer cooperative ties with the school to jointly contribute to cultivating more outstanding medical talents. After the meeting, Secretary Zhang Wanke, counselor Fu Lin and Yu Jiaqi from the Student Affairs Office held a forum with Director Wang of the hospital’s Medical Affairs Department and international student interns. Secretary Zhang Wanke encouraged the interns to study earnestly, strive for progress and demonstrate the demeanor of Hainan Medical University students. He hoped that they would master solid professional skills, bring advanced Chinese medical technologies back to their home countries and deliver better medical services for local people. He also offered help for interns to resolve difficulties in study, work and daily life.

随后，一行人来到琼海市中医院，与医院管理层进行了座谈交流。医院方面对学院学生的专业素养和综合能力给予了高度评价，并表示愿意为学院提供更多实习实训机会，帮助学生们在实践中提升专业技能。同时，双方就共同开展科研项目、推进产学研一体化等方面进行了深入探讨。中医学院党委副书记李军、国际教育学院学工办于佳岐老师，分别向琼海市中医院介绍了我校中医专业与临床专业本、硕、博毕业生情况，并受管理学院委托，详细介绍了医保专业毕业生情况，择优向琼海市中医院推荐了各个专业的优秀毕业生，为用人单位和毕业生架起沟通的桥梁。

Subsequently, the group visited Qionghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and held discussions with hospital management. The hospital spoke highly of students’ professional quality and comprehensive competence, and promised to provide more internship opportunities to help students improve professional skills through practice. Both sides also had thorough talks on joint research projects and industry‑university‑research integration. Li Jun, Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Yu Jiaqi from the Student Affairs Office of the School of International Education introduced bachelor, master and doctoral graduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine and clinical medicine. Entrusted by the School of Management, they also gave detailed information on medical‑insurance‑major graduates, recommended outstanding graduates of various majors to the hospital, and built a communication bridge between employers and graduates.

此次访企拓岗活动不仅加强了学院与用人单位之间的沟通与联系，也为学院进一步了解用人单位需求、优化人才培养方案提供了宝贵的信息。同时，活动也为学生们提供了更多了解就业市场的机会，有助于他们更加明确自己的职业发展方向。

This activity strengthened communication between the schools and employers, and provided valuable reference for the schools to understand employer demands and optimize talent‑training programs. It also enabled students to learn more about the job market and clarify their career development paths.

张万科书记表示，未来将继续加强与用人单位的合作，积极开展访企拓岗活动，为学生们提供更多优质的实习实训机会和就业岗位。同时，学院也将不断优化人才培养模式，提升教育教学质量，为培养更多高素质医学人才奠定坚实基础。

Secretary Zhang Wanke stated that the schools would keep strengthening cooperation with employers, carry out more employer‑visiting activities to offer high‑quality internships and job openings for students. Continuous optimization of talent‑training modes and teaching quality will lay a solid foundation for cultivating more high‑caliber medical talents.

此次访企拓岗活动的成功举办，不仅为海南医学院国际教育学院、中医学院与琼海市人民医院、琼海市中医院之间的合作搭建了新的桥梁，也为推动学院就业工作迈上了新的台阶。未来，双方将继续携手共进，共同书写校企合作、共促就业的新篇章。

The successful event built new cooperative links between the two schools and Qionghai People’s Hospital as well as Qionghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and pushed graduate‑employment work to a new level. All parties will work hand‑in‑hand to write a new chapter of university‑enterprise cooperation for employment promotion.
