为进一步规范来华留学生临床实习管理工作，明确实习教学标准、严明实习工作纪律、压实安全管理责任，切实保障2021级临床医学本科来华留学生临床实习工作规范、有序、安全开展，海南医科大学西英格兰学院（国际教育学院）于2026年5月22日在崇真楼803室召开2021级临床医学本科留学生实习动员教育大会。

To further standardize the clinical internship management for international students in China, clarify internship teaching standards, enforce internship discipline, consolidate safety management responsibilities, and ensure standardized, orderly and safe clinical internship for Grade‑2021 undergraduate international students majoring in clinical medicine, West England College (School of International Education) of Hainan Medical University held the internship mobilization and education conference for Grade‑2021 undergraduate international clinical‑medicine students in Room 803, Chongzhen Building on May 22, 2026.

学院雷海新院长、徐芳芳副书记、万江花副院长出席会议，学院教师教学服务中心张慧老师、学生支持中心杜雨擎老师、实习生辅导员符琳、于佳岐老师，2021级全体临床医学来华留学生、2022级临床医学国际班部分中国学生参会。本次会议还邀请2020级优秀留学生代表帅王同学分享实习经验。大会结束后，辅导员符琳老师组织召开爱校荣校教育主题班会，全方位落实实习岗前教育各项工作。

Dean Lei Haixin, Deputy Party Secretary Xu Fangfang and Vice‑Dean Wan Jianghua attended the meeting. Also present were Zhang Hui from Faculty Teaching‑Service Center, Du Yuqing from Student Support Center, internship counselors Fu Lin and Yu Jiaqi, all Grade‑2021 international clinical‑medicine students, and some Chinese students from Grade‑ 2022 international clinical‑medicine class. Shuai Wang, outstanding international‑student representative of Grade‑2020, was invited to share internship experience. After the conference, counselor Fu Lin organized a themed class meeting on loving and honouring the university to fully implement all pre‑internship education work.

会议伊始，主持人详细介绍了大会举办主旨、完整议程、参会领导及嘉宾等，阐明了临床实习在医学人才培养中的核心价值，明确本次大会以统一实习标准、细化管理要求、夯实学生实习基础为核心目标。

At the opening of the conference, the host elaborated on the conference purpose, full agenda, attending leaders and guests, illustrated the core value of clinical internship in medical talent cultivation, and defined the core objectives of unifying internship standards, refining management requirements and consolidating students’ internship foundations.

会上，党委副书记徐芳芳开展实习纪律与职业素养专项教育。她结合学院留学生管理规定与临床实习工作要求，重点开展医德医风思想教育，引导留学生树立严谨敬业、敬畏生命的行医理念。同时，系统解读实习考勤管理制度，明确迟到、早退、无故缺勤、擅自离岗等违规行为的处置标准，详细说明实习违纪、退出实习、重修实习等相关管理规定。针对留学生校外实习特点，她重点强调校外住宿、出行、人身财产等全方位安全要求，督促学生自觉遵守国家法律法规、医院规章制度及学院管理要求。此外，会议明确了临床职业礼仪与行医行为红线，要求学生尊重医护人员、善待患者、规范言行，严守职业底线，自觉维护学院和实习医院的良好形象。

Deputy Party Secretary Xu Fangfang delivered special education on internship discipline and professional ethics. Combined with college regulations for international students and clinical‑internship requirements, she focused on medical‑ethics education to guide international students to establish a rigorous, dedicated and life‑reverent medical philosophy. She systematically interpreted the internship attendance management system, specified penalty criteria for being late, leaving early, unexcused absence and unauthorized leave of post, and explained rules concerning internship violation, internship withdrawal and internship retaking. Considering off‑campus internship features of international students, she stressed comprehensive safety requirements for off‑campus accommodation, travel, personal and property safety, urging students to abide by national laws, hospital bylaws and college regulations. Besides, clinical professional etiquette and behavioural red lines were clarified. Students were required to respect medical staff, treat patients well, standardize words and deeds, stick to professional bottom lines, and safeguard the good reputation of the college and internship hospitals.

副院长万江花围绕临床教学实习工作开展专项部署与专业指导。她结合临床医学专业人才培养方案，从教学层面明确本次临床实习的核心教学目标、阶段性学习任务及学业考核标准。针对来华留学生跨文化学习、中外诊疗体系差异等特点，重点讲解临床实操训练、病例分析、临床技能学习、课程衔接等核心学习内容，明确各阶段实习学习重点。同时，她详细解读实习学分评定、实习报告提交、教学考核评价等教学管理规定，细致介绍医院轮岗制度、考勤管理、医疗安全、患者隐私保密、请假审批流程等通用管理制度，现场解答学生关于实习学习、日常管理的共性问题，为留学生高效开展临床实习提供专业指导。

Vice‑Dean Wan Jianghua made special arrangements and gave professional guidance on clinical teaching internship. Based on the talent‑training programme for clinical medicine, she defined core teaching objectives, phased learning tasks and academic assessment criteria for this clinical internship from the teaching perspective. Targeting cross‑cultural learning and Sino‑foreign diagnosis‑treatment‑system differences for international students, she elaborated on key learning contents including clinical practical training, case analysis, clinical‑skill acquisition and curriculum connection, and clarified learning priorities for each internship phase. Meanwhile, she interpreted teaching management rules covering internship‑credit evaluation, internship‑report submission and teaching assessment. She also introduced general management systems such as hospital rotation, attendance administration, medical safety, patient‑privacy protection and leave‑approval procedures. She answered common questions raised by students on internship study and daily administration, offering professional guidance for international students to carry out clinical internship efficiently.

本次大会设置优秀实习生经验分享环节，由20级优秀留学生代表帅王同学分享在华临床实习经验。结合自身完整的科室轮转经历，他针对性分享中外临床诊疗思维差异、中文医患沟通技巧、各科室学习侧重点、实习风险防控方法，以及如何平衡实习工作与学业进度等实用内容。分享内容贴合留学生实习实际，案例翔实、指导性强，有效化解了21级留学生对临床实习的陌生感与困惑，为同学们快速适应本土临床工作、提升实习效率提供了宝贵参考。

The conference included an experience‑sharing session for outstanding interns. Shuai Wang, outstanding international‑student representative of Grade‑2020, shared his clinical‑ internship experience in China. Drawing on his full department‑rotation experience, he shared practical insights including differences between Chinese and foreign clinical‑ diagnosis thinking, Chinese doctor‑patient communication skills, learning focuses of different departments, internship‑risk prevention measures, and ways to balance internship workload and academic progress. Rooted in real‑life internship scenarios with abundant cases and strong practical guidance, his speech dispelled Grade‑2021 students’ confusion over clinical internship and provided valuable references for them to adapt to local clinical work and improve internship efficiency.

会议最后，雷海新院长作总结讲话并开展实习动员。他系统梳理本次大会的核心内容，重申临床教学要求、医院管理制度、实习纪律规范三大核心重点。同时，他对全体实习学生提出殷切期望，希望全体来华留学生珍惜学院提供的优质临床实习资源，端正实习态度、严守规章制度、虚心求学、踏踏实实操练，认真完成各科室轮转学习任务，切实提升临床诊疗能力与综合职业素养。

At the closing session, Dean Lei Haixin delivered a summary speech and internship mobilization address. He reviewed key points of the whole conference and re‑emphasized three core priorities: clinical teaching requirements, hospital management systems and internship disciplinary codes. He expressed sincere expectations for all interns: cherish high‑quality clinical‑internship resources provided by the college, adopt a correct internship attitude, strictly abide by rules and regulations, learn modestly, practise earnestly, complete department‑rotation tasks, and substantially improve clinical diagnosis‑treatment capabilities and comprehensive professional quality.

大会结束后，辅导员符琳老师组织召开爱校荣校教育主题班会。班会详细介绍了海南医科大学临床医学专业办学特色、国际化留学生培养体系及育人成果，引导留学生深入了解学院办学底蕴与教学资源，增强集体归属感与认同感。班会重点强调来华留学生的特殊涉外身份，指出学生在外实习的一言一行不仅代表个人素养，更关乎学院国际化办学形象与对外声誉，要求全体学生常怀爱校之心、笃行荣校之举，以严谨务实的实习作风、优良的学子风貌展现学院来华留学生的良好形象，主动发挥中外医学文化交流纽带作用。

After the conference, counselor Fu Lin held a themed class meeting on loving and honouring the university. The class meeting elaborated on educational features of the clinical‑ medicine major, the international training system for international students and educational achievements of Hainan Medical University, helping international students understand the college’s educational heritage and teaching resources and strengthen their sense of belonging and identity. It highlighted the special foreign‑related identity of international students in China. Every word and deed during off‑campus internship represents not only personal accomplishment but also the college’s international educational image and external reputation. All students were required to cherish the university, take practical actions to honour it, demonstrate fine demeanour with rigorous and pragmatic internship style, and act as bridges for Sino‑foreign medical‑culture exchange.

班会同步设置互动答疑环节，聚焦学生临床适应、技能提升、考核标准、职业规划等个性化问题逐一答疑解惑，并鼓励班级学生互帮互助、团结协作，携手应对实习挑战、共同完成实习任务。同时，班会再次复盘本次实习动员大会核心重点，重申实习纪律、安全规范与学习要求，进一步压实学生实习责任。

An interactive Q&A session was arranged, answering personalized questions concerning clinical adaptation, skill improvement, assessment criteria and career planning. Students were encouraged to help each other and cooperate to cope with internship challenges and fulfil internship assignments. Core points of the mobilization conference were reviewed, with internship discipline, safety codes and study requirements restated to further strengthen students’ accountability for internship.

本次系列会议部署全面、重点明确，覆盖实习管理、专业教育、纪律安全与思政教育等方面，有效帮助2021级临床医学来华留学生明确实习任务、厘清学习目标、规范行为标准，解决了学生实习前期的认知困惑，为学院常态化开展留学生实习管理与培养工作奠定基础。

This series of meetings featured comprehensive arrangements and clear priorities, covering internship administration, professional education, discipline‑safety and ideological‑ political education. It helped Grade‑2021 international clinical‑medicine students clarify internship tasks, sort out learning objectives and standardise behavioural norms, resolved pre‑internship misunderstandings, and laid a foundation for regular internship management and talent cultivation for international students.

通过本次岗前教育，全体留学生进一步明确了实习要求与个人责任。学生们表示，将严格遵守学校及实习医院各项规章制度，合理利用临床实习资源，主动适应国内诊疗模式，扎实提升临床专业能力与综合素养，认真完成本次临床实习任务，积极参与中外医学交流学习。

Through this pre‑job education, all international students further understood internship requirements and personal responsibilities. The students stated that they would strictly abide by rules of the university and internship hospitals, make full use of clinical‑internship resources, adapt proactively to domestic diagnosis‑treatment modes, steadily improve clinical professional capabilities and comprehensive quality, complete clinical‑internship assignments earnestly, and take an active part in Sino‑foreign medical exchange and learning.
