一、基本条件及报到注册时间

I. Basic Conditions and Registration Date

1.境外国际学生入境须遵守中华人民共和国出入境管理规定。

1. Overseas international students shall comply with the exit and entry regulations of the People's Republic of China.

2.按照录取通知书，于2026年9月1日‑9月7日（周一至周五：8:30‑12:00；15:00‑18:00）报到注册，如有延迟请第一时间联系学校，否则逾期且未告知学校的将取消入学资格。

2. According to the admission letter, the registration should be finished from September 1 to September 7, 2026(Monday to Friday: 8:30‑12:00, 15:00‑18:00). If there is any delay, please contact the school as soon as possible; otherwise, the admission will be canceled without any application.

二、报到注册详细流程

II. Detailed Registration Process

1.信息表：按照报到注册情况表详细填写各项信息，要求至少提前一周反馈，以便办理保险落地险。

1.Information form: Fill in the information in detail according to the registration form, and finish it at least one week in advance, so as to apply for landing insurance.

2.住宿安排：首先由学校根据实际住宿随机安排，入学后可以申请调宿。

2.Accommodation arrangement: First, the school will make random arrangements based on actual accommodation availability; you may apply for a room change after enrollment.

3.入校及住宿登记：入境并到达海口后，自行前往海南医科大学南门，凭录取通知书或护照进入学校，由志愿者引导入住宿舍；前往六期学生公寓办理住宿手续，并在24小时内用手机扫描二维码完成公安系统住宿登记（二维码附后）；后续各项手续的办理等，均可咨询志愿者。

3.Entering the university and accommodation registration: After arriving in Haikou, the students should go to the south gate of Hainan Medical University by themselves, showing the admission letter or passport, and be guided by volunteers to stay in the dormitory; go to No. 6 student apartments to check in, and complete the police accommodation registration within 24 hours by scanning the QR code with mobile phone (QR code attached); volunteers can be consulted for follow‑up procedures.

4.报到：入校后，前往筱海国际大楼一楼国际学生一站式服务中心报到；正确使用Study Partner App；填写入学登记卡，出示护照、录取通知书原件、JW202表原件、公证的高中毕业证及成绩单原件、高中毕业证及成绩单公证件、推荐信2封原件、HSK证书原件或相关汉语水平能力证明、《海南医科大学国际学生入学申请表》、《海南省政府奖学金申请表》（奖学金生提供）、无犯罪记录证明原件、体检证明。

4.Registration: After arrival on campus, please go to the One‑Stop Service Center for International Students on the 1st floor of Xiaohai International Building for registration. At the same time, learn to use the Study Partner App correctly. Fill the Registration Card. Materials to bring: Passport, original admission letter, original JW202 form, notarized original high school graduation certificate and transcript, 2 recommendation letters, HSK certificate or any other Chinese proficiency certificate, Application Form for international students of Hainan Medical University, APPLICATION FORM FOR HAINAN GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP (for scholarship students), original certificate of no criminal record, and original medical certificate.

注：除纸质原件外，以上文件均需提供正式PDF扫描件，每名学生一个文件夹，以"学号+中文名"命名，否则不予接受。

Note: In addition to the original ones, students need to provide the official PDF scan files for the above documents, one folder for each student, named with "roll number + Chinese name", otherwise it will not be accepted.

5.照片：提交2寸免冠照片4张(3.5cm*4.5cm)，背面写明学号，一张用于办理学生证，三张用于入学登记卡。

5.Photos: Submit four 2‑inch formal photos (3.5cm * 4.5cm) with the roll number written on the back, one for student ID and three for enrollment card.

6.相关事项安排：办理电话卡、购买医疗保险；自行购买床上物品及生活必需品。

6. Related arrangements: Buying phone SIM cards and purchasing medical insurance; buying your own bedding and daily necessities.

入境体检需在报到后第二天完成，体检者须携带：

The medical examination should be completed on the second day after registration with these materials below:

(1)护照原件及护照页、签证页复印件

(1) Passport and copies of the original passport, passport page, and visa page

(2)2寸免冠照片2张(3.5cm*4.5cm)

(2) Two 2‑inch formal photos (3.5cm * 4.5cm)

体检注意事项：

Notes for physical examination:

(1)体检前三天应少进食肉类

(1) Eat less meat three days before the physical examination

(2)不能摄入含有酒精的饮料

(2) Do not consume beverages containing alcohol

(3)体检当天空腹

(3) Fasting on the day of the physical examination

(4)保证良好的睡眠

(4) Get a good night's sleep

新生入学体检合格，取得健康证明，予以注册。未获得健康合格证明或不符合来华留学规定的，不予注册，应限期离境。

The students who pass the physical examination and obtain a health certificate will be registered. Those who have not obtained a health certificate will not be registered and must leave the country within a limited time.

注：体检结果需要扫描后，留存电子版，以备日后需要。

学生需缴纳学费等费用后方可申请学习签证等，具体流程请参照入学缴费指南。

海口市公安局出入境接待大厅地址：海口市龙华区滨海公园路1号海口市民游客中心一层（公安业务综合服务窗口）。

Address of the Entry‑Exit Reception Hall of Haikou Public Security Bureau: 1st floor, Haikou Citizen Visitor Center, No. 1 Binhai Park Road, Longhua District, Haikou City (Public Security Business Comprehensive Service Window).

办公时间：周一至周五(8:30‑12:00；14:00‑17:30)，节假日除外；学习签证需在入境后一个月内办理完成。

Office hours: Monday to Friday (8:30‑12:00, 14:00‑17:30), excluding holidays. The study visa must be applied for within one month after entry.
