You have successfully completed your studies for the second semester of the 2025‑2026 academic year. Thank you for your continuous efforts. We look forward to your continued support and cooperation in the future. Relevant arrangements for the 2026 summer vacation are notified as follows:
一、假期及开学安排
I. Vacation and Semester Resumption Arrangements
1.暑假时间：2026年7月18日至8月28日。
1. Summer vacation period: July 18 to August 28, 2026.
2.报到注册：2026年8月24日至30日（请大家务必按时注册，否则无法安排新学期课程）。
2. Registration period: August 24 to 30, 2026. Please complete registration on time; otherwise you will not be enrolled in new‑semester courses.
所有学生需前往212办公室办理注册手续。
All students shall go to Office 212 to complete registration procedures.
3.正式上课：2026年8月31日。
3. Official class commencement date: August 31, 2026.

1.费用缴纳：所有自费生必须在2026年8月24日至30日注册报到前缴清所有费用。逾期未缴费者，将无法办理注册手续，且不会安排2026‑2027学年第一学期的课程。
1. Tuition Payment: All self‑funded students must settle all fees before registration from August 24 to 30, 2026. Those who fail to pay fees on time cannot complete registration and will not be assigned courses for the first semester of the 2026‑2027 academic year.
2.假期生活：暑假将至，希望大家在妥善安排生活、平衡好学习与娱乐的前提下，度过一个愉快、轻松的假期。
2. Vacation Life: As summer vacation approaches, we hope all students will enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday while properly arranging daily life and balancing study and recreation.

持X1、X2学习签证的来华留学生不允许在校外打工。
International students in China holding X1 or X2 student visas are prohibited from off‑campus employment.
严禁下海游泳。

5.涉外管理规定
5. Foreign‑related Administrative Regulations
从境外返回海口后，必须在24小时内到居住地派出所办理登记（住校学生请到城西派出所办理）。同学们除了前往派出所，也可以通过扫描二维码进行登记。
Upon returning to Haikou from overseas, you must complete accommodation registration at the local police station within 24 hours. Dormitory residents shall go to Chengxi Police Station. You may register either in‑person at the police station or by scanning the QR code.
违规处罚：
Penalties for violations:
首次违规将予以警告（超过3天罚款50元）。
A warning will be issued for the first violation; a fine of 50 yuan will be imposed for delays exceeding three days.
第二次违规每日罚款500元。
A fine of 500 yuan per day will be charged for the second violation.
第三次违规将被送至派出所，并列入签证延期黑名单。
For the third violation, the student will be referred to the police station and blacklisted for visa extension applications.
