“五一”国际劳动节放假安排及宿舍安全通知

“May Day” International Labor Day Holiday Arrangement and Dormitory Safety Notice

劳动节放假时间:51(星期四)55(星期一)

Labor Day holiday period: Thursday, May 1 to Monday, May 5.


55日晚上向班长报备返校情况。

Report your return‑to‑campus status to your class monitor on the evening of May 5.


如果有离开海口或者离开海南、中国的出游计划,请告知自己的辅导员。

Please inform your counselor if you plan to travel outside Haikou, Hainan Province or China during the holiday.


签证、居留许可


Visa and Residence Permit


根据出入境相关政策要求,国际学生须在居留许可到期前一个月到出入境申请办理延期,请签证将于5月、6月到期的同学在55日前在STUDY PARTNER上提交延期申请,逾期不受理。

In accordance with entry‑exit administrative policies, international students must submit a residence‑permit extension application to the Exit‑Entry Administration Department one month prior to expiry. Students whose visas expire in May or June shall submit extension applications via STUDY PARTNER by May 5. Late submissions will not be accepted.


禁止高空抛物


Prohibition Against Throwing Objects From Heights


根据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千二百五十三条、第一千二百五十四条以及《中华人民共和国刑法》明确规定建筑物、构筑物或者其他设施及其搁置物、悬挂物发生脱落、坠落造成他人损害,所有人、管理人或者使用人不能证明自己没有过错的,应当承担侵权责任。高空抛物行为情节严重的,可能构成犯罪,需承担刑事责任。

Articles 1253 and 1254 of the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, together with relevant provisions of the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China, stipulate that where falling or dislodged articles from buildings, structures or other facilities cause personal injury to others, owners, managers or users shall bear tort liability unless they can prove they are not at fault. Severe cases of throwing objects from heights may constitute criminal offences and incur corresponding criminal liabilities.


人身安全

Personal Safety Guidelines


严禁私自前往江、河、湖、海等自然水域游泳,此类区域存在暗流漩涡、水草缠绕及陡滑坡等隐蔽风险,极易引发溺水事故。

Unauthorised swimming in natural water bodies such as rivers, streams, lakes and seas is strictly forbidden. Such sites carry hidden hazards including undercurrents, whirlpools, aquatic‑plant entanglement and steep slippery banks, which can easily result in drowning accidents.


禁止进入未开发景区、废弃建筑、施工场地、山体陡坡等危险地带,避免因地质灾害或设施坍塌造成伤害。

Do not enter hazardous zones including undeveloped scenic spots, derelict buildings, construction sites and steep mountain slopes to prevent injuries caused by geological disasters or structural collapses.


夜间避免独自前往偏僻街道、野外山区,建议结伴出行并保持通讯畅通。

Avoid travelling alone on isolated streets or in remote mountainous areas after dark. Group travel is recommended, and keep your communication devices accessible at all times.


避免前往人员复杂、秩序混乱的酒吧、KTV、夜店等场所,此类环境存在治安隐患及疫情传播风险。

Steer clear of bars, KTV venues, nightclubs and other premises with mixed crowds and poor public order, as these locations carry public‑security risks and potential risks of disease transmission.


出行前检查门窗水电,确保宿舍财产安全,晚间请按时返校。

Check doors, windows, water supplies and electrical appliances before you leave to safeguard dormitory property. Return to campus on time each night.


长途旅行选择正规交通工具,全程系好安全带,拒绝乘坐超载车辆。

Choose officially‑authorised transport for long‑distance trips. Fasten your seat belt throughout the journey and refuse to board overloaded vehicles.


保持手机电量充足,如需离开海口务必向辅导员报备行程,遇突发情况及时拨打110/120请求帮助。

Keep your mobile phone sufficiently charged. You must report your travel itinerary to your counselor if you leave Haikou. Dial 110 for police or 120 for emergency medical services immediately when emergencies occur.


交通安全

Traffic Safety


严格遵守交通法规。

Observe all traffic laws and regulations strictly.


校内外不允许使用摩托车和大功率的电动车。

Motorcycles and high‑power electric scooters are prohibited both on‑campus and off‑campus.


绝不允许将电动车和电动车电池带到宿舍内充电。

Electric scooters and their batteries are strictly forbidden inside dormitories for charging purposes.


宗教活动

Religious Activities


请各位同学在《中华人民共和国境内外国人宗教活动管理规定实施细则》指导下开展宗教活动。在校园等公共场所,不能从事传教、不能组织宗教集会等活动、不允许散发宗教宣传品。

Students shall conduct religious activities in compliance with the Rules for the Implementation of the Provisions on the Administration of Religious Activities of Aliens within the Territory of the People’s Republic of China. Proselytising, organising religious assemblies and distributing religious promotional materials are prohibited on campus and in other public spaces.


禁止毒品

Anti‑Drug Notice


在中国,任何涉毒行为都将会受到法律的严厉惩罚。包括走私、贩卖、运输、制造、非法持有、提供、吸食或注射毒品,强迫、引诱或欺骗他人使用毒品等等。

All drug‑related acts in China are subject to severe legal sanctions. Such acts include smuggling, trafficking, transporting and manufacturing drugs, illegal possession, supply, consumption or injection of narcotics, as well as coercing, luring or deceiving others into drug use.
