基本条件及报到注册时间
I. Basic Conditions and Registration Date
1.境外国际学生入境须遵守中华人民共和国出入境管理规定。
1. Overseas international students shall comply with the exit and entry regulations of the People's Republic of China.
2.按照录取通知书，于2025年9月9日‑9月15日（周一至周五8:30‑12:00、15:00‑18:00；节假日除外）报到注册，如有延迟请第一时间联系学校，否则逾期且未告知学校的将取消入学资格。
2. According to the admission letter, registration shall be completed from September 9 to September 15, 2025 (Monday‑Friday, 8:30‑12:00, 15:00‑18:00, excluding holidays). Please contact the university immediately in case of any delay. Failure to notify the university for delayed registration will result in cancellation of admission eligibility.
报到注册详细流程
II. Detailed Registration Process
1.信息填写：按照报到注册情况表详细填写各项信息，要求至少提前一周反馈，以便办理保险落地险。
1. Information Form: Fill in all items in the registration information form in detail and submit it at least one week in advance for the application of arrival insurance.
2.住宿安排：学校根据宿舍情况进行随机安排。
2. Accommodation Arrangement: Dormitory rooms will be randomly assigned by the university according to dormitory availability.
3.入校及住宿登记：入境并到达海口后，自行前往海南医科大学博学门（南门），凭录取通知书或护照进入学校，由志愿者引导入住宿舍；前往六期学生公寓办理住宿手续，并在24小时内用手机扫描二维码完成公安系统住宿登记（二维码附后）；办理后续各项手续时有困难或疑问均可咨询志愿者。
3. Campus Entry and Accommodation Registration: Upon arrival in Haikou, proceed independently to the South Gate (Boxue Gate) of Hainan Medical University. Enter the campus with your admission letter or passport and you will be escorted to the dormitory by volunteers. Complete accommodation procedures at Phase‑6 Student Apartment, and finish public‑security accommodation registration by scanning the QR code with your mobile phone within 24 hours (QR code attached). You may consult volunteers for difficulties or questions concerning subsequent procedures.
4.到学院报到：入校后，前往研究生楼（崇真楼）报到，中文授课专业学生及预科生在211办公室报到，临床医学专业学生在212办公室报到；正确使用Study Partner App；填写入学登记卡，并出示护照、录取通知书原件、JW202表原件、公证的高中毕业证及成绩单原件、高中毕业证及成绩单公证件、推荐信2封原件、HSK证书原件或相关汉语水平能力证明、《海南医科大学国际学生入学申请表》、《海南省政府奖学金申请表》（奖学金生提供）、无犯罪记录证明原件、体检证明。
4. College Registration: After entering campus, go to the Graduate Building (Chongzhen Building) for registration. Chinese‑taught program students and preparatory students shall register at Office 211; clinical medicine students shall register at Office 212. Use the Study Partner App properly and fill in the enrollment registration card. Please present your passport, original admission letter, original JW202 form, notarized original high‑school graduation certificate and transcript, notarized copies of high‑school graduation certificate and transcript, two original recommendation letters, original HSK certificate or other Chinese‑proficiency documents, Application Form for International Students of Hainan Medical University, Hainan Provincial Government Scholarship Application Form (for scholarship recipients only), original non‑criminal record certificate and medical examination certificate.
注：除纸质原件外，以上文件均需提供正式PDF扫描件，每名学生一个文件夹，以“学号+中文名”命名，否则不予接受。
Note: In addition to physical original documents, official PDF scanned copies of all above‑mentioned documents are required. Each student shall prepare one folder named as "Student ID + Chinese Name". Submissions failing to meet this requirement will not be accepted.
5.提交照片：提交2寸免冠照片4张（3.5cm4.5cm），背面写明学号，一张用于办理学生证，三张用于入学登记卡。
5. Photo Submission: Submit four 2‑inch bare‑head photos (3.5cm4.5cm). Write your student ID on the back of each photo. One photo will be used for student ID card and three for the enrollment registration card.
6.相关事项安排：办理电话卡、购买医疗保险；自行购买床上物品及生活必需品。
6. Relevant Arrangements: Apply for a phone SIM card and purchase medical insurance. Bedding and daily necessities shall be purchased by students themselves.
7.入境体检：

入境体检需在报到后第二天完成，体检者须携带以下材料：
The entry medical examination shall be completed on the second day after registration. Please bring the following documents:
(1)护照原件及护照页、签证页复印件；
(1) Original passport and copies of passport information page and visa page;
(2)2寸免冠照片2张（3.5cm4.5cm）
(2) Two 2‑inch bare‑head photos (3.5cm4.5cm)
体检注意事项：
Notes for Medical Examination:
(1)体检前三天应少进食肉类；
(1) Reduce meat intake three days before the examination;
(2)不能摄入含有酒精类的饮料；
(2) Do not consume alcoholic beverages;
(3)体检当天空腹；
(3) Keep fasting on the day of physical examination;
(4)保证良好的睡眠。
(4) Ensure adequate sleep.
新生入学体检合格，取得健康证明，予以注册。未获得健康合格证明或不符合来华留学规定的，不予注册，应限期离境。
New students who pass the medical examination and obtain the health certificate will be granted registration. Those without a qualified health certificate or who fail to meet the requirements for studying in China will not be registered and shall leave China within the specified time limit.

学生需缴纳学费等费用后方可申请学习签证等，具体流程请参照入学缴费指南。
Students shall pay tuition and other relevant fees prior to applying for the student visa. Please refer to the enrollment payment guide for detailed procedures.

Warm Tips
注：学生需先将签证申请材料提交至212办公室，经审核并领取学校出具的函件后再自行前往出入境部门办理。
Note: Students shall first submit visa‑application documents to Office 212. After document review and receiving the official letter issued by the university, students shall go through visa formalities at the Exit‑Entry Administration on their own.

办公时间：周一至周五（8:30‑12:00；14:00‑17:30），节假日除外；学习签证需在入境后一个月内办理完成。
Office Hours: Monday‑Friday (8:30‑12:00; 14:00‑17:30), excluding holidays. The student visa must be processed within one month after entry into China.
