假期与开学注册须知
Holiday and Registration Instructions
暑假时间：2023年7月7日‑2023年8月24日
Duration of the summer vacation: July 7, 2023‑ August 24, 2023
报到注册日期：2023年8月25日
Date for registration: August 25, 2023
每位学生在"Study Partner"APP上申请新学期注册，上传相关材料：
Every student should apply the new semester registration on Study Partner (APP) with uploading:
1)学生证（照片页、信息页）；
1. Student ID card ( photo page, information page )
2)护照（护照首页、居留许可页、出入境最新入境章）；
2) Passport ( photo page, resident permit page, the latest customs seal of entry and exit of China)
按时支付所有费用。未按规定日期报到且未请假者，视为自动退学。
Pay all the fees on schedule. Those who fail to register on the confirmed date without having asked for a leave will be deemed to withdraw school voluntarily.

新学年缴费须知
Tuition Payment Instructions for the New Academic Year
临床医学专业本科生2023‑2024年费用（人民币）如下：
The fee structure of undergraduate in clinical medicine in 2023‑2024 is as follows: (RMB)
*学费：20500元/学年
- Tuition fee: 20500 Yuan / schooling year
*住宿费：2800元/年/人（3人间）
- Accommodation fee: RMB 2800 Yuan / year / person (three students share one room)
*保险费：800元/年
- Insurance fee: 800 Yuan / year
*居留许可费用：800元/年
- Resident permit fee: 800 Yuan / year
根据财务管理规定，学生应使用中国的银行卡在收费室进行缴费，或扫描缴费（微信二维码缴费），不接受支票和其他形式缴费，如未按要求缴费，产生的后果由学生自行负责。
According to the financial regulations, students should use Chinese bank card to pay the fees in Charge Room or pay from WeChat. Do not use cheque or other ways to pay fees, otherwise any consequences should be borne by individuals.
学生应按时缴纳本学年的学费、住宿费及其他费用，未能在2023年9月9日之前缴费的学生视为自动退学，同时取消签证。新学年将于2023年8月28日开学，缴费截止日期为2023年9月9日。
Students are expected to pay their tuition, accommodation and other fees for one year in advance at the commencement of each academic year. Those who haven't paid their fees before September 9, 2023 will be automatically withdrawn from the university and their visa will be cancelled. The new academic year starts on August 28, 2023, the deadline for paying fees is September 9, 2023.
签证及居留许可管理
Visa and Residence Permit Administration
暑假期间，留学生办公室暂停签证办理、证明开具相关服务。9月1日前居留许可到期的同学请于7月7日前来办公室213办理居留许可。
During vacation time, the daily services like residence permit, certificates and so on will be terminated. Students whose residence permit expires before September 1 should come to the office 213 to apply for a residence permit before July 7.

Academic Administration
办公室将在班干微信群发布通知（包括课程表及校历），请大家与班干部保持联系以获取信息，不再单独通知。
Office will post the notice and information (including the timetable and academic calendars) in the leader group (WeChat),please check with your monitor regularly, we will not inform it individually.
成绩复核将于2023年8月20日上午11点截止，逾期不予受理。（学生需填写查分申请表，班长负责收集本班的查分申请表并发送邮件：hnmu_academic@hainmc.edu.cn，每门课程一张申请表，办公室不提供纸质表格。）
The deadline for rechecking application: 11am, 20th August,2023. No service for late comers. (Students need to fill in the rechecking form. Every monitor needs to collect all the rechecking form from your classmates and send them to the email address: hnmu_academic@hainmc.edu.cn, every single subject for one form, no hard‑copy form provided by the office.)

Daily Management During Summer Vacation
暑假即将来临，我们衷心希望大家在安排好自己的生活，平衡学习和娱乐的前提下，度过一个轻松愉快的假期。此外，暑期留校的学生还必须做到以下几点：
As the summer vacation is around the corner, we hope sincerely everyone will have a happy and relaxed holiday at first, with the precondition of well‑arrangement of your life and striking a balance between study and amusement. Besides those, students decided to remain at university are required to do the followings:
全体国际学生必须遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规。违反国家法律、法规受到公安、司法部门处罚者，视其情节轻重，给予警告直至开除学籍处分；尤其是谨防非法打工、签证过期、酗酒闹事、校外住宿扰民等常见违法违纪行为的发生。
All international students must comply with Chinese laws and regulations in addition to our university's policies. Any violation of national laws and statutes will result in legal penalties from public security and judicial authorities. According to the severity of the offense, offenders may receive sanctions ranging from a warning up to expulsion. Please pay special attention to common violations such as illegal employment with student visa, expired visas, alcohol‑related disturbances, and nuisance caused by off‑campus accommodation.
如果要离开海南岛，请及时给辅导员提交一份申请（掌上海医），以便于学校为同学们提供相应的帮助和支持。
Write an application with time to the counsellor if getting out of Hainan Island(by Zhangshanghaiyi).
禁止到周边溪流、湖泊、海洋等水域游泳。
Swimming in surrounding streams, lakes, sea and other waters is prohibited.
假期期间，不出入酒吧等场所，不酗酒，杜绝各种吸毒贩毒行为。
During the holidays, do not go to bars and other similar venues, avoid excessive drinking. All drug‑taking and drug‑trafficking acts are strictly forbidden.
遵守学生宿舍管理规定。请同学们按时归寝，严禁晚归，严禁翻越围墙，严禁未经允许校外留宿。按时作息，在就寝时间（晚上十一点）后，不得噪音扰民影响他人休息，严禁聚会吵闹。外出锁好宿舍门窗，保管好自己的贵重物品；注意用电安全，离开宿舍及时断电，不在宿舍乱拉乱接电线，不使用大功率电器，不使用劣质充电器，不在宿舍生火做饭，严防火灾。
Obey dormitory regulations carefully. Please return to the dormitory on time. Late return, climbing over the fence, and staying off‑campus without permission are strictly prohibited. Maintain regular daily routines. No noise disturbance to affect others' rest after bedtime (11 p.m.), and noisy parties are forbidden. Lock dormitory doors and windows when going out and keep valuables safe. Pay attention to electricity safety. Cut off power supply upon leaving the dormitory. Do not pull random wires, use high‑power appliances or inferior chargers. Cooking in dormitories is forbidden to prevent fire hazards.
交通与出行安全提醒。遵守交通法规，注意交通安全。不得骑行摩托车和无牌照电动车。电瓶车行驶不超速、不超载、骑自行车不逆行行驶、不闯红灯。离开海口必须告知辅导员并在网上登记，随身携带有效护照，异地住宿需要24小时内在当地派出所办理住宿登记。
Traffic and travel safety reminders: Please abide by all traffic laws and regulations and pay close attention to traffic safety. Riding motorcycles and unlicensed electric scooters is not permitted. Do not speed or overload when riding electric vehicles. Do not ride bicycles against traffic or run red lights. When you leave Haikou, you must inform your counsellor and register online. Carry your valid passport with you. If you stay in other cities, you must complete accommodation registration at the local police station within 24 hours.
搭乘电梯安全提醒。乘扶梯时，电梯不能超载，当电梯报警时，应当主动退出，等下一趟再乘。乘坐电梯发生故障时，请及时拨打维修或报警电话，切勿惊慌。
Reminders regarding safety when using elevators: Do not overload the elevator. When the alarm goes off, please exit promptly and wait for the next trip. In case of elevator malfunction, call maintenance or police immediately and stay calm.
防盗防骗安全提醒：不要随身携带大量现金，宿舍不留宿外人，外出一定将窗、阳台、门锁好。拒绝任何形式推销，严守个人信息。一定保管好个人的有效证件，不要将个人证件借给他人使用，并随身携带有效证件的复印件。
Tips to prevent theft and fraud: Do not carry large amounts of cash. Do not accommodate outsiders in your dormitory room. Lock windows, balconies and doors when leaving. Reject all forms of sales promotion and protect your personal information. Take good care of your personal documents. Do not lend your documents to others, and carry copies of valid documents with you.
当前网络诈骗呈多发高发态势，诈骗分子以刷单返利、低息贷款、高回报理财等为诱惑实施诈骗。请您切实提高防范意识，不要轻易相信他人推荐的各种网络"生财之道"，不要轻易点击他人发送的网络链接、安装来路不明的APP，更不要轻易进行转账。网络有风险，上网需谨慎！
Telecom and online fraud occurs frequently at present. Scammers use rebate‑for‑brush‑orders, low‑interest loans, high‑return investment and other lures to commit fraud. Please raise your awareness of risk prevention. Do not trust various online "money‑making methods" recommended by others. Do not click unknown links, install untrusted applications, or make transfers to strangers. Online activities carry risks, stay alert while surfing the internet!

从国外返回海口市时，必须在24小时内到当地派出所登记（居住地派出所、住在学校宿舍的学生凭学生事务管理科BGS211的居住证明到城西派出所办理）。否则第一次给予警告（逾期3天以上罚款50元），第二次给予每天500元的处罚，第三次给予行政拘留。你的名字会被列入签证延期的黑名单。
When you return to Haikou from abroad, you must register in Local Police Station within 24 hours(The residence area police station, students living in school dorm should take a living certificate from Student affairs office BGS211 and do it in Chengxi police station). Otherwise you will get the warning for the first time(if more than 3 days late, 50 yuan for fine), you will be punished for 500 yuan per day for the second time,and you will be held in administrative detention for the third time. Your name will be in the black list for visa extension.
学生第一年应该住在宿舍。一年后想要住在宿舍外的学生，应征得家长同意并办理必要手续，并通过ASC（掌上海医）app提交申请（一年内只接受一次申请）。
Students should live in dorm for the first year. Those who want to live off the dorm after the first year should get the parents' permission and through necessary procedures,and submit your application though ASC(Zhangshang Haiyi) app.( application is acceptable only for one time within one year)
违反上述规定所造成的一切后果由学生自行承担。
The responsibility for all consequences caused by violating those mentioned above will be taken by students themselves.
