李孔宁

李孔宁,三级教授、博导、海南医科大学生物信息学专业负责人、研究生督导、海南省首批“双百”人才团队(热带疾病组学大数据创新研究团队)核心成员、海南省人民医院(海南医科大学附属海南医院)双聘教授。1989年中国科学院上海技术物理研究所半导体专业研究生毕业,从事生物信息学、智能仪器仪表、显示驱动与控制等从芯片到电路、传感器乃至系统软件研究近40年。

建立了良好的研究生和本科生培养模式,与多个基础医学和临床肿瘤医学科研团队紧密合作。指导的研究生均参与申请专利或软件著作权并发表中国科学院2区及以上的SCI论文,指导本科生、研究生参加竞赛获得多项国家级和省部级大奖。培养的研究生均按时毕业并进入中国科学院、港澳大学、国内外研究机构、高科技公司继续深造或从事研究工作。

曾留学日本、加拿大10年,主持东芝、AMD等研发项目近20项。出国前曾主持完成了国内第一个带有无线数传功能的电子钻井参数监控仪表与系统(被列为1998年度国家火炬计划项目,产品在国内外各大油田推广使用)、血液粘度测试仪、电化学肿瘤治疗仪等项目。发表科研论文50余篇,研究成果连续发表在Theranostics,Aging Cell,Computers in Biology and Medicine,Nucleic Acids Research,Autophagy等杂志, 曾获得Wiley威立中国开放科学高贡献作者奖。有10多项科技创新分别或同时申请了中国、美国、日本、加拿大、欧洲、韩国等国家或地区专利,并被AMD(加拿大)公司、IGNIS创新技术公司(加拿大)等推广应用。出国前曾兼任中国医学物理学会理事,黑龙江省电子学会理事等职。目前兼任中国生物工程学会计算生物学与生物信息学专业委员会委员、黑龙江省生物信息学会理事、海南省免疫学会肿瘤免疫专业委员会副主任委员。
