一、个人简介:
赵琳璐,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,海南自贸港D类高层次人才,海南省优青,入选第四批海南省南海育才“南海创新人才”,海南省免疫学会分委会副主任委员。长期聚焦自组装仿生纳米材料构建与肿瘤及心血管疾病精准诊疗研究,致力于发展新一代仿生纳米药物,推动重大慢性病治疗的精准化、系统化与多模式协同。近年来以第一/通讯作者在Adv. Funct. Mater. (IF=19.0); ACS Nano (IF=16.3); Chem. Eng. J. (IF=13.4); Sci. China Chem. (IF=10.4); Adv. Healthc. Mater. (IF=10.0)等国内外高水平期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,其中IF>10论文8篇,总引用1700余次,ESI高被引论文1篇,H-index为23。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目及地区项目2项,海南省重点研发项目、南海育才项目、优秀青年基金项目、高层人才项目、自然科学基金青年项目等省部级科研项目5项。以第一发明人授权国际发明专利1项、国家发明专利2项,软件著作权2项。

三、科研与学术工作经历:

四、研究领域:
1)探究基于超分子相互作用的自组装纳米技术,构建生物相容性分子(如蛋白质/多肽)为骨架的自组装纳米材料;2)发展高时空分辨和深组织穿透的近红外二区荧光成像技术用于疾病的早期精准诊断;3)设计开发多功能纳米复合材料,探究药物的靶向递送和可控释放;4)集成化的超分子纳米平台开发,实现重大慢性疾病的诊疗一体化,探究相关作用机制。
