谭鹏

研究员

个人简介


      谭鹏,研究员,博士生导师,海南省医学科学院课题组长,广东省珠江青年拔尖人才。美国 Texas A&M University 获得博士学位,毕业后加入麻省理工-哈佛大学博德研究所 Aviv Regev 和 Ramnik Xavier 课题组进行博士后研究,主要从事炎症相关疾病的跨尺度调控网络和系统性机制研究,包括解码宿主先天免疫防御机制和抗病毒药物靶点,研究中性粒细胞和肠道微生物菌群在炎症和肿瘤发生发展与免疫逃逸中的作用,利用光遗传学、细胞图谱和功能基因组学研究脑-体互作与炎症传播。承担美国克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎基金会(CCFA)SRA 和 IBD Plexus 项目,国家自然科学基金委面上项目。中国神经科学学会会员,中国免疫学学会会员。发表 SCI 论文 40 篇,总影响因子 >750, 谷歌引用 3900 余次,其中主要原创研究成果以第一或通讯作者论文 17 篇,发表在 Science、Nature Chemical Biology 、Nucleic Acids Research、Molecular Cell、Journal of Clinical Investigation 等国际主流学术期刊上。
